Return Policy & Procedure
- Items are not eligible for refund beyond 15 days from the date of purchase.
- All returns must include proof of purchase (sales invoice or receipt).
- Contact our Customer Service team by phone or email before sending a return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to items returned for refund.
- Returned items must be:
- New or unused
- Unopened and in original packaging
- In resalable condition with all components included
Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, mishandling, or improper care
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
