Return Policy & Procedure

  • Items are not eligible for refund beyond 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • All returns must include proof of purchase (sales invoice or receipt).
  • Contact our Customer Service team by phone or email before sending a return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to items returned for refund.
  • Returned items must be:
    • New or unused
    • Unopened and in original packaging
    • In resalable condition with all components included

Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, mishandling, or improper care
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Limitation of Liability

  • Apexdent is not liable for:
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of product value or usage
    • Improper setup, installation, or sterilization
